The data covers the Charity Commission for England and Wales register. All data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and remains Crown copyright, attributed to the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The authoritative record is at register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk.

Scotland (regulated by the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator, OSCR) and Northern Ireland (regulated by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland, CCNI) have their own separate registers, which are not yet included on this site.
